If you need help during off hours, you can use the Student Self Service. This service allows you to reset your passwords for MyRecords, MyMail, Student Wi-Fi, SSCC Computer Login and the SSCC HelpDesk Ticketing system in one convenient location. Please note, however, that this service will not unlock your Blackboard or BBIM account.
